Negotiations 5/23/2023 Update 

Today the bargaining team met with the district to negotiate next year's contract. 

The following items were discussed:

• Mentoring stipends for SLP’s, PAR, and BTSA
• Salary schedule adjustments for Nurses and Psychologists
• Updating bereavement language per recent state legislation
• 2^nd interim budget review

We have scheduled another bargaining session on June 12^th.  It is imperative that we show solidarity at the next board meeting which happens to be on June 12^th.  This is the meeting where our new superintendent will be introduced.  It is a great opportunity to show her how serious we are about the current situation and that we are united in our quest for being more of a priority in this district.
